Our Staff

We believe that in a dental practice, it is not only important for the dentist to provide the highest quality care, but for the staff to as well. If you want consistent, high-quality care, you need employees who are committed to quality and to the long term. Jobs come and go, but family is forever, and at our office, we are happy to have quality people who are not just employees, but members of the family as well. As an example, Jorge, one of our staff members, has been with us since we opened our doors. Three out of four of our chair side assistants have been with us since their graduation.

We invest quality time in our team’s education and in its spirits.  We hold daily and weekly meetings, monthly continuing education seminars, and team events.  We do this to maintain the team bond and to maintain our quality of service.
